The Mindful Mondays meditation group focuses on how mindfulness and meditation practice plays a part in our everyday life and activities. The weekly gathering practice consists of sitting meditation, reading and discussion.
Part of the Awakening Heart Community at Dallas Meditation Center, our meditation practice is inspired by the tradition of Plum Village and Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.
Open to all levels of meditation experience, from beginners to more experienced meditators. We welcome persons of any spiritual tradition, including those not part of any spiritual or faith tradition.
